But what can be done when existing processes limit this flexibility? Change requests are initiated by the business and forwarded to IT or the business for adaptation. The changes require additional implementation on the development side, such as for digital application parts. For example, serial letters can be created and sent automatically. In addition, <strong>CIB coSys<\/strong> can retrieve real-time data via the API to provide documents with up-to-date information and thus further accelerate
