Die CIB software GmbH hat mit der Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Intelligente Analyse- und Informationssysteme IAIS<\/a> eine Zusammenarbeit begonnen. Gemeinsam wurde ein F\u00f6rderantrag f\u00fcr die Hightech-Strategie KMU-Innovativ<\/a> erarbeitet und eingereicht. Wir haben uns in der Branche Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien f\u00fcr den Technologiebereich Softwaresysteme und Wissenstechnologien beworben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Thema ist eine grundlegend neue OCR und die inhaltliche Analyse von Dokumenten zum Beispiel die Rechnungsdatenerkennung auf Basis Deep-Learning. Die Ergebnisse der Erkennung werden dann im ZUGFeRD-Standard in der Prozesskette weitergereicht. Das Verfahren erschlie\u00dft damit ein hohes Einsparpotential in der Rechnungseingangsverarbeitung.
Am 15. April war die Deadline zur Einreichung von F\u00f6rderantr\u00e4gen. Innerhalb der n\u00e4chsten zwei Monate wird \u00fcber den Antrag befunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Deutschland werden j\u00e4hrlich rund 32 Milliarden Rechnungen versendet und davon weniger als 10% elektronisch. Das EDIFACT-Verfahren ist f\u00fcr den Mittelstand zu teuer. Die Rechnungsverarbeitung erfordert einen hohen Aufwand, da die Rechnungsdaten auf der Empf\u00e4ngerseite \u00fcberwiegend manuell erfasst werden. Zur schnellen Verbreitung von elektronischen Rechnungen wurde auf Beschluss des Bundestages das “Forum elektronische Rechnung Deutschland (FeRD)” gegr\u00fcndet und das ZUGFeRD Format als standardisiertes elektronisches Rechnungsformat entwickelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Masse der Rechnungen wird aber trotzdem noch auf Jahre beleghaft oder elektronisch unstrukturiert sein. Damit diese Rechnungen auch von den Bearbeitungsvorteilen profitieren, muss der Medienbruch \u00fcberwunden werden. Dies ist mit der heute verf\u00fcgbaren Technik nicht realisierbar. Diesen Medienbruch \u00fcberwinden wir im Projekt mittels Deep Learning Technologien zur semantischen Datenextraktion. Mit der angestrebten L\u00f6sung k\u00f6nnen dann alle im Mittelstandsbereich sinnvollen Eingangskan\u00e4le (mobile Devices, E-Mail, Web, Briefpost) und Rechnungsarten einheitlich nach dem ZUGFeRD-Standard bearbeitet werden.
Die neue Technologie wird in bestehende Abl\u00e4ufe nahtlos eingebracht und \u00fcber CIB Produkte (App, Cloud, Richclient) einem breiten Kundenspektrum angeboten. Das Ziel ist eine f\u00fcr KMU einfach zu installierende, vollst\u00e4ndig integrierte, hochautomatisierte L\u00f6sung mit einem hochattraktiven und fairen Preismodell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cooperation with the Fraunhofer Corporation ><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CIB Software company has started a cooperation with the Fraunhofer\u2019s Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems Institute. Together they have prepared and submitted a funding request for an innovative high-tech strategy for SMEs. We have applied to the ICT industry (Information and communications technology) for software systems in the technology field and also for knowledge technologies. The promoter of this project is the German Aerospace Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fundamentally, the topic is a new OCR (Optimal Character Recognition) and the analysis of content\u2019s document, for example, bill\u2019s data recognition based on Deep-Learning. The recognition results are passed on ZUGFeRD standard to the process chain. This method then develops a high saving potential in the processing of incoming bills.
The 15th of April was the deadline for the submission of funding requests. Within the next two months, the request will be decided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around 32 billion bills are sent annually in Germany, and less of 10 percent of them are electronic bills. EDIFACT method is too expensive for the middle class. Bill processing requires a lot of effort, then the bill\u2019s data was mainly recognized by hand on the receiver\u2019s side. For a quick propagation of the electronic bills, was a decision of the German parliament to found the “Forum elektronische Rechnung Deutschland (FeRD)”, and established the ZUGFeRDF format as standardized format for electronic bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mass of bills have been paper-based or unstructured electronic for many years nevertheless. So that these bills are also making a profit from the editing advantages, the media break must be overcome. This is not yet possible with the available current technology. This media break is overcome by Deep Learning technologies with semantic data extraction. Then, with the targeted solution, in SMEs can be processed all useful entrance channels (mobile devices, E-mail, Web, letter post) and also bill types uniformly with the ZUGFeRD standard.
The new technology is seamless incorporated in existing processes and is offered through CIB products to a wide range of customers. The goal for SMEs is easy installation, fully integrated and a highly automated solution with a highly attractive and a fair price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colaboraci\u00f3n con el Instituto Fraunhofer ><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La empresa CIB Software ha iniciado una cooperaci\u00f3n con el instituto Fraunhofer AISI (An\u00e1lisis inteligente y sistemas de la informaci\u00f3n). En colaboraci\u00f3n se ha preparado y presentado una solicitud de financiaci\u00f3n para una innovadora estrategia de alta tecnolog\u00eda para las PYMEs. Hemos solicitado a la industria TIC (Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y la Comunicaci\u00f3n) los sistemas software en el campo tecnol\u00f3gico y tambi\u00e9n las tecnolog\u00edas del conocimiento. El promotor del proyecto es la agencia aeroespacial alemana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fundamentalmente, el tema es un nuevo sistema OCR (Reconocimiento \u00d3ptimo de Caracteres) y el an\u00e1lisis del contenido de un documento, por ejemplo, el reconocimiento de los datos en una factura haciendo uso del Deep- Learning. Los resultados de dicho reconocimiento son pasados a la cadena de procesos con el est\u00e1ndar ZUGFeRD. El m\u00e9todo supone pues un gran potencial de ahorro en cuanto al procesamiento de facturas entrantes.
El 15 de Abril era la fecha l\u00edmite para la presentaci\u00f3n de solicitudes de financiaci\u00f3n. En los pr\u00f3ximos dos meses se decidir\u00e1 sobre dicha solicitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alrededor de 32 mil millones de facturas son enviadas en Alemania anualmente, de las cu\u00e1les menos del 10% son en formato electr\u00f3nico. M\u00e9todos de intercambio electr\u00f3nico de datos como EDIFACT son demasiado caros para la clase media. El procesamiento de facturas requiere un gran esfuerzo, y habitualmente el reconocimiento sol\u00eda ser realizado a mano por parte del receptor de la factura. Para promover una r\u00e1pida propagaci\u00f3n en el uso de las facturas electr\u00f3nicas, el parlamento alem\u00e1n fund\u00f3 el “Forum elektronische Rechnung Deutschland (FeRD)” y estableci\u00f3 el formato ZUGFeRDF como el formato est\u00e1ndar para las facturas electr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cantidad de facturas ha sido no obstante en formato papel o en formato electr\u00f3nico desestructurado durante a\u00f1os. Para que las facturas puedan beneficiarse de las ventajas de edici\u00f3n o transcripci\u00f3n, la fractura que divide los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n debe ser superada. Esto no es posible todav\u00eda con la tecnolog\u00eda disponible en la actualidad. Esta fractura es superada por medio de las tecnolog\u00edas Deep- Learning con la extracci\u00f3n sem\u00e1ntica de datos. As\u00ed, con la prevista soluci\u00f3n todos los tipos de canales de entrada (dispositivos m\u00f3viles, correo electr\u00f3nico, web, correo postal) as\u00ed como los tipos de facturas pueden ser procesados de forma uniforme a trav\u00e9s del est\u00e1ndar ZUGFeRD.
La nueva tecnolog\u00eda ha sido incorporada sin dificultades en los procesos existentes y es ofrecida a trav\u00e9s de los productos de CIB a un amplio rango de clientes.
